Little Things Make a Good Post 3rd Edition: Gilmore Girls Returns to TV, The Gracies Awards and a Touch of Christmas

THE GILMORE GIRLS ARE BACK ON TV!

Our favorite coffee addicts are coming back to TV! Their arrival on UP will be celebrated by an all-day fan-focused marathon on Sunday, October 4 (that’s tomorrow) starting at 10 a.m. EDT. The series will begin airing back-to-back episodes every Monday through Friday starting with the pilot episode on Monday, October 5.

Bonus 1: Throughout the “GilMORE Girls” marathon, UP will provide pop-ups in every episode with “Gilmore Girls” trivia, including famous firsts for the show, background on the actors and insider information.

Bonus 2: To celebrate the arrival of Gilmore Girls on UP, some websites are having giveaways with very cool GG related goodies. You can enter here or here (US only).

THE GRACIES AWARDS

Back in May, Lauren presented Mae with the Outstanding Female Actor in a Breakthrough Role award during the 40th Anniversary Gracies Awards. To complete our existing coverage of the event, we’ve added a new picture in the gallery. And now you can also watch a little video highlight of the ceremony with your own eyes. Around the 1’07 mark you’ll find the very end of Lauren’s speech and some part of Mae’s.

See what happened and who came to the 2015 Gracies, including Cicely Tyson, Maggie Gyllenhaal and the other national winners for programming created by, for or about women.
